The Collaboration Center Foundation (CCF) is a community for inclusion, focused upon family and peer engagement, social interaction, recreation, therapy and education. The Collaboration Center Foundation assists individuals with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages. Its main purpose is to create the largest disability resource network in the Nevada that will help every individual and family in need of disability services get connected to the best resources for their needs, while creating a safe campus community that meets families where they are and promotes health and wellness, physical and mental health, and strong supportive relationships. CCF’s core concept, Pathways, helps individuals and their families access care and support systems through a unique, concierge case management approach. 2022 will see the foundation’s campus come to life where they can engage with therapy, support, peer groups, family support, recreation and more, all under one roof.

From a recent CCF press release:Individuals and families living with autism and other intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities have fallen even further behind during the pandemic and are in dire need of a safe and welcoming place to receive all treatments and supportive care services to reach their full potential. Since the foundation launch in 2019, Collaboration Center is on its way to becoming that place with its expansive five-acre campus in Southern Nevada. Collaboration Center’s plans include the build-out of the current ranch to include more than 35,000 square feet of treatment, therapy, recreation and support services space, as well as a family pavilion, aquatic facility, state-of-the-art ADA playground, community meeting space, full grab-n-go café and retail store. Collaboration Center Foundation was fortunate to receive state funding this past year to help accomplish this, however, there is still a $5.5 million gap to complete this dream campus that will change thousands of lives every year. Its Pathway program is already helping families navigate the complex system

of care and support that every individual and their families endure when either diagnosed with a disability or aged out of their current system. Events like Night en Blanc are critical in making sure the organization raises enough funds to get closer to completing the campus buildout helping eliminate treatment waitlists, house a medical clinic and more.

This program served to inform the audience about CCF’s history, mission and upcoming fundraising event. Wendy’s guest was president and CEO Lynda Tache. Lynda talked about how the organization got started, and what she hopes can be accomplished in Clark County for our residents with disabilities. The Night En Blanc white light gala is a fundraising event coming up on September 28th. The community is invited to come enjoy food and festivities. Community disability champions will also be honored at the event. And all the ticket proceeds are going to help expand the organization’s Pathways program, which helps individuals and their families access care and support systems through a unique, concierge case management approach, as well as help build their adaptive recreation center, where individuals can engage with therapy, support, peer groups, family support, recreation and more.
