A 25-year-old man has been indicted on murder and attempted murder charges in a shooting that killed one man and wounded two others six weeks ago on the Las Vegas Strip. A judge scheduled an arraignment Friday for Malik Frost in the early April 25 shooting that witnesses said followed an argument about Frost accompanying his girlfriend into a women’s restroom. Authorities say Darrell White was fatally wounded in the chest as he struggled with Frost. Frost’s attorney characterizes the shooting as self-defense. He notes that Frost was hit in the head with a rock thrown by one of the two men who were wounded.
