One person is in custody after a shooting outside a valley restaurant early Monday morning.  It began with a dispute between 2 groups of people at the Passions Restaurant and Lounge at Mountain View Plaza, in the 3400 block of South Jones. Security intervened and asked all the people to leave, eventually using pepper spray to get them out. As security was in the parking lot, a vehicle pulled up and begin firing shots at the security guards, who returned fire.  A short time later, a car with a bullet hole in was spotted in the parking lot of Dotty’s Casino at 2940 South Durango. “An adult male suspect exits the vehicle and appears to match the description provided of the suspect. He was taken into custody without incident,” Metro Lt. David Gordon said. “In plain view there is a firearm spotted by officers in the vehicle.”
