A new ethics complaint has been filed against Clark County School District Superintendent Jesus Jara. It accuses him of spending taxpayers money on personal travel. Jara makes $320,000 a year as superintendent. In April, Jara took a business trip to Boston and New York City. He then flew to Florida for vacation. While he paid for that flight himself, the complaint says Jara billed the district for his one-way return flight to Las Vegas, $656.
