Felony charges have been filed against former Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) CEO Rossi Ralenkotter and 2 other former executives over the misuse of $90,000 in Southwest Airlines gift cards that had been purchased by the LVCVA. Ralenkotter retired from the tax payer funded agency a year ago and could not be reached for comment.
