An amended bill that was making it’s rounds in this session of the state legislature has died. The bill would have essentially run ride sharing businesses Uber and Lyft out of the state. The bill would have increased insurance requirements for the drivers is not moving forward. However, the original bill that would make drivers obtain a business license will move forward.
