Recreational marijuana may not go on sale in Nevada on July 1st, as originally planned. A judge has issued a restraining order against the state on behalf of alcohol distributors in the state, who say they are being cut out of the marijuana business. When recreational use of pot was legalized by voters last year, part of the law said liquor distributors would be the only ones who could be licensed to transport marijuana from growing facilities to dispensaries. They say they’ve been cut out of the process. The judge agreed. A hearing has been scheduled.
