A bus driver in the Clark County School District was arrested this week, after leaving a pre-kindergarten student on her bus. School district police responded to the northwest transportation facility after an unattended child was reported. Police said the student was picked up, but never taken to school and then was left on the bus after it was parked. Police have arrested 43 year old Luz Garcia-Ortiz. She faces one count of child endangerment. She was hired by the district this month. She has been terminated.
