Vote On Stadium Lease Today

The future of the Raiders Las Vegas stadium and a 2020 NFL season debut here is on the line today. A special meeting is set to vote on the lease agreement for the stadium.  The lease agreement has been approved by the Las Vegas Stadium Authority and the Raiders. Now, it just comes down to a vote. Mortenson Construction will take the lead in building the $1.9 billion stadium that will sit on the 62 acre lot across from the Mandalay Bay and the 15. The stadium authority hopes to finalize the lease so the Raiders can give it to the NFL owners for approval on May 23 during their meetings in Chicago.
